Rate Summary

(Shoulder Season - Peak Season)
Daily: $225 - $350     

Weekly: $1575 - $2450   

Monthly: $6300 - $9800
15% HST is extra, not included in the above rental rates.

Payments and Rental Agreement

• 1st payment is due upon booking: 50% + security deposit

• Balance owing is due 30 days prior to rental

• Upon confirmation of booking, a rental agreement will be emailed to the renter. This agreement outlines all payments, rules and regulations, departure items and does require the signatures of all 18+ renters.

Maximum Occupancy 
Our cottage sleeps 9 people and is on a septic system and therefore we can only accommodate 9 guests.

NOTE: Renters who break this occupancy rule will be subject to extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

• In the event that the Renter cancels their reservation within 60 days of the date of arrival, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, unless the week(s) can be re-booked. 

• If the reservation is cancelled with at least 61 days advance notice from the arrival date, a $100 administration fee will be withheld and the balance of the deposit returned. 

• The full rent will be withheld on any reservations cancelled 45 days or less from the date of arrival, unless the week(s) can be
  re-booked. 

• A $100 administration fee is withheld on all cancellations. Reservations are carefully scheduled in advance; therefore, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Security Deposit
$500 due upon signing of rental agreement (returned within 2 weeks post rental, upon guest departure property inspection).

Checking-In/Departure
Check-In - 3PM Arrival
Check-Out - 10AM Departure (for groups of 6 or less); 9AM Departure (for 7+ renters)
NOTE: Guests who DO NOT adhere to the basic departure terms as outlined in the rental agreement may be charged an additional $250 fee.

Rental Period

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. 

We may consider early arrivals and late departures depending on availability.
